Note: All instructors have been advised that Condair's insurance does not cover them for instructor operations. It is up to the instructor to have their own insurance.

RATES:   Instructors' rates vary. Some charge on the basis of elapsed clock time; others for tach time. Some instructors do not charge for preflight preparation and post flight critiques, while others do. Some instructors also provide ground instruction. Students should discuss rates and rate policies with their prospective instructors.
